We would like to remind you that the registration deadline for ICBEM & RGC 2018 is coming up next Friday, 27th of April 2018. If you have not registered so far, you can do so on our Registration page.

Please note that due to our “Author No-Show Policy”, we can not publish your contribution in the conference proceedings unless one of the authors presents your work here in Aachen.

We are happy to announce that the registration for the ICBEM & RGC 2018 is now open! Please visit the Registration site to sign in for the conference.

If you need an invitation letter for the conference (e.g. for visa application) please contact the organizing committee via email. Please provide the following information: Full name, Full address, Country of Residence, Passport number. We will get back to you with the neccessary documents as soon as possible!

As we still receive requests for deadline extension, we are hereby postponing the submission deadline. The new (and final) deadline for ICBEM & RGC 2018 is Feb. 9th, 2018.
